Flip-flop day was founded by Tropical Smoothie Café and used to occur on the third Friday in June. In 2023 the date was changed to the Wednesday after Memorial Day, to coincide with the arrival of summer and warmer weather.
It's a perfect theme to start the summer, celebrate a birthday or just throw a fun get-together.
